From Taoyuan International Airport
Three options — bus + MRT is usually the best balance.

Bus 1840 → MRT (recommended)
Take bus 1840 to Songshan Airport (terminal stop), NTD $125/person. Then MRT five stops to Songshan Station — transfer at Nanjing Fuxing.
High-speed rail
Not recommended — usually slower than the bus. Shuttle → THSR → Taipei Main → one stop to Songshan Station (松山火車站).
